Founders Office Intern: Growth, Content & AI Research

*Interns are requested to bring their own laptop for the duration of the 2-months internship.About the role We're looking for a Growth & Content Intern who enjoys researching business and market trends and turning insights into engaging content ideas. You'll work directly with the founders on market research, competitor intelligence, and growth initiatives using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.

Duration: 2 months- 7th September- 31st October- In office- Noida Sector-16

Work Hours: 10 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibility Area (KRA): Market, Competitor & Consumer Intelligence

• Research daily startup, business, finance & technology trends, including funding news, product launches, industry shifts & emerging opportunities.

• Prepare concise research notes and actionable insights for founders.

• Identify trending topics for high-quality content and potential growth initiatives.

• Track competitor products, pricing, positioning, and content strategy

• Monitor LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other online communities

• Identify customer pain points, frequently discussed topics, and market gaps

• Maintain structured competitor and market research documentation

Day-to-Day Responsibilities





• Conduct online research using AI tools and public sources

• Analyze business, startup, and market trends

• Summarize complex information into clear, actionable insights

• Generate research-backed content ideas for LinkedIn, X, and other platforms

• Support founders with research for growth, content, and strategic initiatives

Skills Required

• Robust English communication & writing skills

• Interest in startups, business, finance & technology; familiarity with AI tools

• Strong research & analytical skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Mentorship & Support
