About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead / AI Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Enterprise AI Automation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for designing and building AI solutions but also for acting as a technical face of our AI capabilities. The role will involve working on in-house AI initiatives, supporting client projects, developing POCs/demos, and participating in technical pre-sales and client discussions.

This is a strategic role for someone who can understand business requirements, architect scalable AI solutions, lead technical implementation, and confidently present AI capabilities to clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and enterprise automation solutions.
- Work on in-house AI projects and POCs to demonstrate organizational AI capabilities.
- Act as a technical AI representative/face during client meetings, technical discussions, demos, and pre-sales engagements.
- Understand client business problems and translate them into AI/GenAI solution architectures.
- Create technical solution proposals, POCs, architecture diagrams, demos, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, models, tools, and technologies and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption.
- Lead technical discussions around LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI orchestration, guardrails, and enterprise AI automation.
- Mentor developers and provide technical direction to AI engineering teams.
- Collaborate with sales/business teams to identify and convert potential AI opportunities.
- Help build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks,



and solution components that can be leveraged across client engagements.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI / LLMs.
- 5+ years of relevant AI/ML/GenAI experience – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI.
- Understanding/experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with Guardrails AI or similar AI safety/validation frameworks.
- Experience with PydanticAI or similar agent/application frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise AI Automation and Agentic AI architectures.
- Robust knowledge of AI/LLM application architecture, integration, evaluation, and deployment.

Architecture & Pre-Sales Skills

The candidate should have strong experience in:

- AI solution architecture and system design.
- Designing scalable and production-ready GenAI/LLM platforms.
- Client-facing technical discussions and solution presentations.
- AI POC development and technical demonstrations.
- Requirement gathering and converting business requirements into AI solutions.
- Preparing technical proposals and solution approaches.
- Communicating complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities where AI/GenAI can solve business problems or automate enterprise workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile
