- Developing business by identifying new business opportunities by exploring the existing clientele or finding new clients by creative means.
- Resolving issues proactively which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty
- Acting as the regional SPOC for US Tax engagements and assignments
- Leading in Business Development engagements & Client Meetings
- Coaching and training the team in terms of Taxation, efficiency, process and policy standards
- Effectively managing quality of assignments delivered by the team
- Tracking client deliverables and filing and making sure that deadlines are met with quality
- Utilize the resources effectively on the engagements and oversee their performance
- Identify Out of Scope work, Value addition, etc if any and discuss with Managers.
- Be compliant with Firm policies & initiatives and ensure team is also achieved it
- Address the IRS Notices received by the client.

- Deeper understanding of accounting concepts & US Tax Principles.
- Able to analyze and manage the client and the team.
- Able to resolve tax queries of the team and the clients.
- Working knowledge on Form 1065, Schedules K1/K3
- Partnership Filings (preferably Form 1065 or 8865), PFIC analysis, PE fund compliances
Experience Level:
- 5-7 years of post-qualified experience with US Tax engagements
