YOUR MAIN ROLE: The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business and contribute directly to company growth.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can:

· Generate and close new business opportunities

· Leverage existing client contacts, distributor connections, channel partners, and professional networks to generate business





· Have access to relevant client/distributor contacts or industry connections

· Build new relationships with key decision-makers

· Convert connections, meetings, and leads into business

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups

· Build and manage a robust sales pipeline

· Travel for client meetings and business requirements when needed

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

· 5+ years of proven experience in Sales & Business Development

· Has strong communication, negotiation, and convincing power

· Can independently generate and close new business

· Has an existing network of clients, distributors, channel partners, or business contacts

· Understands relationship-based and B2B sales

· Is confident, target-driven, and hungry for growth

· Is ready to travel for business opportunities

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE: Advertising & Creative Agencies or Digital Marketing Agencies or Media Houses or PR Agencies or Event Management Companies & other B2B Service-Based Industries
