We are now looking for a D2C Growth & Business Head to lead our premium early-learning and children's publishing imprint and drive the next phase of growth.

Role Summary

This is a full P&L; ownership role, responsible for:

- Revenue growth
- Profitability
- Brand building
- Product innovation
- Team leadership

across D2C, marketplaces, offline retail, exports, and strategic partnerships.

The role demands a builder's mindset—someone who can scale a business, not just manage operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Own end-to-end P&L; for Lil Legends, covering revenue, margins, marketing spends, inventory, and working capital.




- Drive business strategy and growth across D2C, Amazon/marketplaces, offline sales, pricing, product mix, and channel profitability.
- Lead annual/quarterly business planning and performance reviews.
- Drive D2C growth through Meta, Google, influencer marketing, CRO, retention, and customer engagement.
- Lead marketplace, offline, influencer, product development, publishing, and international partnership initiatives.
- Build Lil Legends as a strong premium early-learning brand through differentiated products, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional leadership.

Candidate Profile :-

- 5-12 years of experience in publishing, D2C, consumer brands, edtech, or media
- Mandatory prior P&L; ownership
- Strong understanding of: Performance marketing, Marketplaces (especially Amazon) and Offline sales dynamics
- Experience in content, books, or education is a robust plus
