- Demonstrated expertise in SAP APO-PPDS or SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP/DS), with a focus on iPPE (Integrated Product and Process Engineering).
- Background in Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing, Variant Configuration, and processes related to the automotive industry.
- Skilled in developing iPPE Models for the Automotive Industry, including leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP iPPE structures such as Product Structure, Process Structure, and Factory Layout.
- Accountable for configuring and managing VC/AVC for products with multiple variants, including creating and maintaining master data like Production Versions, PDS, Routing, and BOMs within the iPPE Workbench or Product Designer.
- Proficient in generating Production Data Structures (PDS) from iPPE data for models, including time-dependent process parameters (TDPP) and product structures.
- Experience with Model Mix Planning, Takt-based planning, and the Rapid Planning Matrix (RPM).
