Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Design Executive with a minimum of 4 years of commercial project experience. The candidate should have strong expertise in handling commercial clients, understanding project requirements, developing design solutions, preparing commercial proposals, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end sales for commercial projects and clients.

Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with commercial clients.

Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, timelines, and design expectations.

Prepare and present design concepts, layouts, quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and execution teams.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project requirements with clients.

Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and ongoing projects to ensure timely closure.





Develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor project requirements and ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing, and commercial project opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 4 years of relevant commercial experience in sales and design.

Experience handling commercial projects, corporate clients, offices, retail spaces, hospitality, or similar projects will be preferred.

Strong understanding of commercial sales processes and client acquisition.

Good knowledge of design concepts, space planning, materials, and finishes.

Ability to understand drawings, layouts, BOQs, and project specifications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Robust sales and business-development mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Knowledge of relevant design/software tools will be an added advantage.
