We are looking for an energetic, versatile, and driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to spearhead our student acquisition, institutional partnerships, and brand visibility.

Role Overview

As our Business Development & Marketing Executive, you will own the end-to-end marketing and outreach engine for Techtonic Lab. You will manage both inbound digital campaigns and aggressive outbound strategies—driving institutional tie-ups with colleges, planning high-impact promotional events, and executing campaigns that convert interest into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Partnerships & College Tie-Ups

* Identify, pitch, and establish strategic partnerships and Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with engineering and management colleges, universities, and student technical chapters across the region.

* Organize and coordinate expert tech talks, faculty development programs, workshops, and placement cell networking events on college campuses.

* Act as the primary corporate ambassador for Techtonic Lab to build long-term institutional relationships with college placement officers and department heads.

2. Outbound & Inbound Marketing Execution

* Outbound: Drive direct student acquisition through on-ground promotional drives, educational seminars, direct institutional outreach, and community engagement.

* Inbound: Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives, manage local promotional outreach, and optimize lead generation funnels across social media and digital platforms.

* Track, analyze,



and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, and cost per lead) to continuously refine marketing strategies.

3. Event Planning & Execution

* Plan and manage end-to-end corporate and student-centric events, including hackathons, tech fests, open houses, alumni meetups, and career counseling boot camps.

* Handle venue coordination, speaker logistics, promotional collateral, and on-ground execution to ensure a seamless participant experience.

* Leverage campus and community events to generate immediate walk-ins and course enrollments.

4. Brand Building & Admissions Support

* Coordinate marketing collaterals, success stories, and student testimonials to strengthen Techtonic Lab's market presence and alumni network visibility.

* Support the counseling team during peak admission cycles by delivering compelling presentations about our training programs to prospective students and parents.

Key Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, field marketing, education sales, or institutional tie-ups (EdTech or training institute background is a strong plus).

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills in English and Hindi/Marathi, with the ability to pitch convincingly to students, faculty, and academic directors.

* Execution Mindset: Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask between on-ground field outreach and digital campaign oversight.

* Local Insight: Established professional network or familiarity with the educational landscape in Nagpur and surrounding regions is highly preferred.
