Requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally, clearly, and courteously across multiple communication channels.

Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently while providing explicit and practical solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to interpret support data, identify recurring issues and trends, and recommend improvements to processes and customer experience.

Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with reliable internet connectivity, strong time-management skills, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently.

Experience in insurance, financial services, customer support, or a related industry is preferred and will be considered an advantage.





Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and standard office productivity tools, including email, spreadsheets, and document-management applications.

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education, professional certifications, or training in customer support, IT, insurance, or related fields is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
