The client is is an AI-first commercial management company for hotels and hotel operators in the US. They help clients grow revenue through a unified, tech-led solution and service. They are a rapidly growing startup, 230+ members solid, funded by top investors, and already profitable with several million USD in revenue.
About the Role
In this role you will own the entire revenue pipeline — from generating new hotel client leads across all channels to retaining and expanding our existing client base. You will also lead the lead generation and customer success teams. This is a high ownership, senior role.
KRAs
- Lead Generation - Own and optimize lead generation across email campaigns, Meta ads, cold calling, and expansion and referrals from the existing client base.
- Customer Retention & Expansion - Lead the CSM team to ensure every client gets consistent value and concerns are addressed before they escalate.
- Team Leadership - Set clear goals, run regular reviews,
and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Strategy and Execution - Use data across the funnel to identify opportunities and drive decisions — on lead quality, conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner with product and tech teams on tools and automation that can improve the growth engine.
Requirements
- Strong track record in multi-channel outbound — email, ads, cold calling — and building lead generation engines from the ground up.
- You understand B2B subscription metrics: MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, CAC. You know how to use these to make decisions, not just report them.
- You are comfortable leading teams across different functions and holding them to outcomes.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership without waiting to be directed.
- Prior experience building and executing GTM strategies for the US market is a strong advantage.
