We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. Job Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of existing and new clients in Vijayawada.
- Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate financial products and services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Job Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
- Robust understanding of various financial products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
