HiredNext is an executive-search and recruitment firm working across Global Capability Centres, BFSI, technology, semiconductor, retail, manufacturing, textile and apparel sectors. We are strengthening our senior leadership-search practice and are looking for an experienced Client Partner who can originate and convert GCC and CXO-level mandates.

The Role

We are looking for a senior executive-search professional who has previously secured and managed leadership mandates from GCCs, multinational organisations, financial-services companies and technology-led businesses.

This is not a mass-market business-development or email-outreach position. The person must understand how senior appointments are made—often before a GCC launch, expansion or leadership transition is publicly announced—and be capable of engaging credibly with CHROs, Country Heads, India MDs, GCC leaders and global sponsors.

Essential Experience

- Approximately 12–20 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrable experience in executive search, GCC advisory, BFSI leadership hiring or senior recruitment consulting.
- Previous success in personally originating leadership-search mandates.
- Strong understanding of GCC establishment, expansion, operating models and senior leadership structures.




- Existing qualified relationships with GCC leaders, CHROs, India MDs, Country Heads, CEOs, business leaders or global capability sponsors.
- Ability to understand and position senior technology, operations, product, engineering, transformation and business leaders.
- Strong executive communication, commercial negotiation and consultative-selling capabilities.
- Ability to conduct confidential, high-trust conversations without exaggerating HiredNext's mandate or market access.

Preferred Background

Professionals who have previously worked with:

- A recognised executive-search firm.
- A GCC consulting or market-entry advisory organisation.
- A BFSI-focused recruitment or leadership-advisory practice.
- A multinational bank, financial-services company or technology GCC in a senior talent, strategy or business-development role.
- A retained-search boutique with responsibility for both client acquisition and assignment delivery.

Important

This position is suitable only for someone who has previously performed this work or possesses demonstrable industry understanding, relationships and mandate-conversion capability.

- It is not suitable for generalist recruiters, telecallers, mass-email business-development executives or applicants whose experience is limited to candidate sourcing and delivery.
