Job Title: Growth Manager

Location:Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth across Dot & Key's D2C app and website. The role combines growth strategy, analytics and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on experimentation and improving the customer funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own growth metrics across traffic, conversion, retention and revenue.
- Develop and execute app and website growth strategies.
- Drive CRO, A/B testing, funnel optimisation and growth experiments.
- Partner with CRM and Tech teams to improve customer engagement, retention and UX.
- Track and analyse growth performance using GA4, Mixpanel and internal dashboards.
- Identify customer, category and competitor insights to drive new growth opportunities.
- Build a structured approach to testing, learning and scaling successful initiatives.




- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Tech and Creative teams.

Preferred Skills & Know-how:

- Strong understanding of D2C growth and e-commerce funnels.
- Hands-on experience in CRO, A/B testing and funnel analytics.
- Proficiency in GA4/Mixpanel, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of Shopify, app analytics and attribution tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to ASO, CRM/lifecycle marketing and BI tools is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in Growth, D2C, e-commerce or consumer businesses.
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare or other consumer brands is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
