- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through daily stock verification and cycle counting.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain inventory traceability.
- Process warehouse transactions accurately in SAP (MM/WMS).
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
- Verify customer orders and coordinate dispatch as per delivery schedule.
- Monitor material picking and ensure correct material is dispatched.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams.
- Ensure timely GRN, stock posting and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain warehouse layout,



storage locations and material identification.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, ISO procedures and company policies.
- Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Ensure secure material handling practices and compliance with EHS requirements.
- Supervise contract labour and optimize manpower utilization.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining required records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.

Professional Skills – Essential

Minimum 3 to 4 year Experience with
