Role Description This is a contract, on-site 3D Animator role based in Jabalpur. The 3D Animator will create and refine high-quality animations for simulation, VR, and other visual solutions used in aerospace and defense applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing character and object animations, working with rigged models, integrating motion capture data, and ensuring animations align with project requirements and technical constraints. The role involves close collaboration with designers, engineers, and developers to translate complex concepts into clear,



realistic visual sequences. The animator will also optimize assets for performance, participate in reviews, and iterate based on feedback to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in 3D Animation and Animation for characters, vehicles, and environments.
- Proficiency in Rigging for efficient, flexible character and mechanical setups.
- Experience with Motion Capture workflows, including cleanup and integration into animation pipelines.
- Hands-on expertise with Blender or similar 3D tools for modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Relevant experience in simulation, VR, gaming, or visualization projects; aerospace or defense domain exposure is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating animation quality, timing, and attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Animation, Multimedia, Game Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
