Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Omni Studio & Experience Cloud Technical Lead with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Omni Studio and Experience Cloud .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Omni Studio development, providing technical solutions, guiding the development team, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Omni Studio development team and provide technical direction and solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Omni Studio .
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, and Flows .
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Work with Omni Scripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures .
- Configure and develop solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud .
- Handle asynchronous processing , sharing rules, Salesforce security, approval processes, and workflow automation.
- Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, code reviews, and solution design.




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and performance considerations.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni Studio
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Strong experience with:
- Omni Scripts
- Flex Cards
- Data Raptors
- Integration Procedures
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Triggers
- Strong experience with LWC and Aura
- Experience with Salesforce Integration
- Experience with Asynchronous Apex/processing
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security and Sharing Rules
- Experience with Approval Processes and Workflow Rules
- Ability to lead Omni Studio development and provide technical solutions
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications such as Omni Studio Developer, Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant , or related certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical workstreams.
