Front-End Engineer (Word Press + React)

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Front-End Engineer to take ownership of our company’s Word Press

marketing site and contribute to our React-based web application. This role is ideal for someone

who is comfortable switching between no-code/low-code Word Press workflows and modern

front-end development, and who enjoys delivering polished, high-performance user

experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering to keep our marketing presence

fresh, consistent, and technically sound—while also helping expand and maintain our core web

app.

MUST HAVE - Word Press AND React

What We’re Looking For

● 2+ years of front-end engineering experience working with both Word Press and

React.

● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, responsive design, and

component-based development.

● Experience building or customizing Word Press themes/page-builder components (e.g.,

Elementor, Gutenberg).





● Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Type Script.

● Experience with front-end analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GTM.

● Experience adding logs, events, and instrumentation to support observability in tools like

New Relic, Datadog, or similar.

● Understanding of SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.

● Strong UX sensibilities and the ability to work closely with design and marketing.

● Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and requests across marketing and

engineering.

● AI proficiency - developed features using AI and have built AI features

Nice-to-haves:

● Experience with PHP or custom Word Press plugin/theme development.

● Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks (e.g., Google Optimize alternatives).

● Experience with Webpack, Vite, or build optimization.

● Understanding of tracking plans or event naming conventions.
