Position Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. You will support the financial department by managing daily transactions, updating accounts receivable/payable, assisting with bank reconciliations, and contributing to month-end closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily Bookkeeping: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

* AP/AR: Manage accounts receivable (invoicing) and accounts payable (vendor bills).

* Reconciliations: Perform daily/monthly reconciliations of bank statements and credit card accounts.

* Month-End Support: Assist the accounting team with monthly closing activities and preliminary financial reporting.

* Data Maintenance:



Update and maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books/accounting software.

Requirements & Skills:

* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

* Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant field.

* Software Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Quick Books Online or similar accounting software.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel.

* Details & Accuracy: High attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.

* Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for internal team collaboration and vendor inquiries.
