Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Lead – Digital Production / Video Adaptation to lead the design and adaptation of digital video content across multiple formats, markets, channels, and campaign requirements.

/n

The role combines creative design expertise, video adaptation, production excellence, and team leadership . The ideal candidate should be able to translate master creative assets into high-quality, platform-ready adaptations while maintaining brand consistency and creative intent.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Lead the design and adaptation of digital video assets across multiple formats, channels, markets, and languages.

/n

- Translate master creative concepts into multiple video adaptations, cut-downs, resizes, aspect ratios, and localized versions .

/n

- Ensure all adaptations remain consistent with brand guidelines, creative intent, typography, layouts, imagery, motion, and visual identity.

/n

- Review and provide creative direction on video adaptation work produced by the team.

/n

- Lead and mentor a team of designers, video editors, motion designers, and production artists.

/n

- Work closely with Producers, Project Managers, Creative teams, and Account teams to understand project requirements, creative briefs, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

/n

- Manage high-volume production requirements while maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround timelines.

/n

- Establish and maintain design and production standards, templates, workflows, and best practices .

/n





- Identify opportunities to improve adaptation processes through templates, automation, AI-enabled tools, and production efficiencies.

/n

- Conduct quality checks on final creative assets before delivery.

/n

- Ensure all assets meet required technical specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards .

/n

- Support localization and versioning requirements across different markets and languages.

/n

- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.

/n

- Provide regular creative and technical feedback to team members and support their professional development.

/n

- Collaborate with internal and global teams to resolve creative, technical, and production challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

/n

/n

- 8–12+ years of experience in digital design, video production, creative adaptation, or digital content production.

/n

- Strong experience in video adaptation and digital content production within an agency, production studio, advertising, or creative environment.

/n

- Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, codecs, frame rates, and technical specifications .

/n





- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly:

/n

- Adobe After Effects

/n

- Adobe Premiere Pro

/n

- Adobe Photoshop

/n

- Adobe Illustrator

/n

- Strong understanding of motion design, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, transitions, and storytelling.

/n

- Experience working with master creatives and adapting them into multiple digital formats .

/n

- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into production-ready outputs.

/n

- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistency across high-volume adaptations.

/n

- Experience managing, mentoring, or leading creative/design teams.

/n

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

/n

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience working with global brands and international markets .

/n

- Experience in high-volume digital production environments.

/n

- Knowledge of AI-based creative and video tools and production automation.

/n

- Experience with localization and multilingual video adaptation.

/n

- Understanding of digital advertising and creative production requirements.

/n

- Experience working with DAM, workflow, or content production platforms.

/n

- Agency, creative production, or post-production experience is preferred.
