Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Expansion

/n

/n

/n

- Develop and execute the franchise expansion strategy for assigned territories.

/n

- Identify priority cities, locations and markets for recent franchise outlets.

/n

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual franchise acquisition targets.

/n

/n

/n

1. Franchise Lead Generation

/n

/n

/n

- Generate franchise enquiries through digital marketing, referrals, exhibitions, franchise portals and networking.

/n

- Build and maintain a strong franchisee prospect pipeline.

/n

- Conduct lead qualification based on investment capability, business experience and location.

/n

/n

/n

1. Franchise Sales & Conversion

/n

/n

/n

- Present the franchise business model, investment structure, ROI and commercial terms to prospective franchisees.

/n

- Conduct meetings, presentations and site visits.

/n

- Negotiate and close franchise agreements within approved commercial guidelines.

/n

/n

/n

1. Site Identification & Evaluation

/n

/n

/n

- Identify potential locations based on catchment, visibility, footfall, competition, accessibility and rental economics.

/n

- Coordinate site surveys and prepare site feasibility reports.

/n

- Work with the operations/real-estate team for final site approval.

/n

/n

/n

1. Franchisee Relationship Management

/n

/n

/n

- Develop strong relationships with franchise partners from enquiry through outlet launch.





/n

- Act as the primary business contact for franchise-related requirements.

/n

- Resolve commercial and operational issues in coordination with internal departments.

/n

/n

/n

1. Outlet Opening & Launch

/n

/n

/n

- Coordinate with projects, operations, procurement, training, marketing and supply-chain teams.

/n

- Track franchise outlet opening timelines and ensure milestone completion.

/n

- Support the franchisee during pre-opening and launch activities.

/n

/n

/n

1. Commercial & Financial Analysis

/n

/n

/n

- Prepare franchise investment proposals, project reports and ROI calculations.

/n

- Evaluate franchisee financial capability and investment readiness.

/n

- Monitor franchise fees, deposits, capex and other commercial collections.

/n

/n

/n

1. Market Intelligence

/n

/n

/n

- Study competitors, rental trends, consumer behaviour and emerging markets.

/n

- Identify white-space opportunities for franchise expansion.

/n

- Provide market feedback to management for business strategy.

/n

/n

1. Franchise Documentation

/n

/n

/n

- Coordinate collection of KYC, financial and property documents.

/n

- Ensure franchise agreements and other required documentation are completed.

/n

- Maintain accurate franchise pipeline and MIS.

/n

/n

1. Performance & MIS

/n

/n

/n

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly franchise development reports.

/n

- Track lead → meeting → site → proposal → agreement → opening conversion ratios.

/n

- Provide management with forecasts and territory-wise expansion plans.
