Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Omni Studio & Experience Cloud Technical Lead with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Omni Studio and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Omni Studio development, providing technical solutions, guiding the development team, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Omni Studio development team and provide technical direction and solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Omni Studio.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, and Flows.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Work with Omni Scripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Configure and develop solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Handle asynchronous processing, sharing rules, Salesforce security, approval processes, and workflow automation.
- Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, code reviews, and solution design.




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and performance considerations.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni Studio
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Strong experience with:
- Omni Scripts
- Flex Cards
- Data Raptors
- Integration Procedures
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Triggers
- Robust experience with LWC and Aura
- Experience with Salesforce Integration
- Experience with Asynchronous Apex/processing
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security and Sharing Rules
- Experience with Approval Processes and Workflow Rules
- Ability to lead Omni Studio development and provide technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications such as Omni Studio Developer, Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or related certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical workstreams.
