In a critical role in the Communications department, the candidate would be required to work closely with the Vice-Chancellor and other stakeholders to develop designs for print (brochures, reports, posters) and digital (emailers, banners, infographics, illustrations), as well as internal branding solutions.

Develop print/digital graphics in accordance with the University’s requirements and brief.
Work on various media and contribute to design needs for website, reports, signage, marketing, etc.
Develop Ahmedabad University brand identity for internal & external stakeholders
Unify and evaluate communication material from various schools and centres under Ahmedabad University
Archiving of photographs and other design materials





Take decisions on all print production, materials and finishes in liaison with University staff and vendors

Valuable photography and photo editing. Motion graphics and video editing skills
Flexibility to work in alliance with various departments of the University on multiple projects and constructively incorporate their inputs
Excellent grammar and communication skills to work closely with the University content writer

Should be able to take the Design from digital platforms to the execution stage

Education in Web / Graphic / Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related discipline with a design background is desirable. Candidates from reputed institutes will be preferred.
Sound knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe After Effects.

Candidates with 3 to 4 years of relevant design experience will be preferred, and freshers may apply.
