Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Follow up with customers regarding pending queries or service requests.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Provide information about products, services, pricing, and processes.





Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned senior/team when required.

Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.

Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Hindi and English communication required; additional languages are an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented attitude and skilled behaviour.
