Front-End Engineer (WordPress + React)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeCTC : 18 - 35 LPAAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a versatile Front-End Engineer to take ownership of our company’s WordPressmarketing site and contribute to our React-based web application. This role is ideal for someonewho is comfortable switching between no-code/low-code WordPress workflows and modernfront-end development, and who enjoys delivering polished, high-performance userexperiences.You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering to keep our marketing presencefresh, consistent, and technically sound—while also helping expand and maintain our core webapp.MUST HAVE - WordPress AND ReactWhat We’re Looking For● 2+ years of front-end engineering experience working with both WordPress andReact.● Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, andcomponent-based development.● Experience building or customizing WordPress themes/page-builder components (e.g.,Elementor,



Gutenberg).● Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.● Experience with front-end analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GTM.● Experience adding logs, events, and instrumentation to support observability in tools likeNew Relic, Datadog, or similar.● Understanding of SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.● Strong UX sensibilities and the ability to work closely with design and marketing.● Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and requests across marketing andengineering.● AI proficiency - developed features using AI and have built AI featuresNice-to-haves:● Experience with PHP or custom WordPress plugin/theme development.● Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks (e.g., Google Optimize alternatives).● Experience with Webpack, Vite, or build optimization.● Understanding of tracking plans or event naming conventions.
