Our solutions facilitate proactive compliance and sustainable automation and the company is associated with breakthrough startups like Amelia.ai.We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions within clinical operations and life sciences environments. You will be working FULL TIME REMOTELY in this role.You will partner with one of the world’s leading life sciences organizations to manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical strategy, compliance requirements, and execution milestones. You will work closely with engineering, product, clinical operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI initiatives in regulated enterprise environments.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven project management capabilities and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You should be comfortable driving complex AI programs from initiation through production deployment while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, cloud, and intelligent automation initiativesManage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communicationCoordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, full-stack engineers, GenAI engineers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, UI/UX,



clinical operations, and compliance stakeholdersDrive project execution using Agile methodologies including Scrum and KanbanEnsure alignment between business requirements, technical architecture, compliance standards, and delivery goalsTrack project health through sprint metrics, release management, risk assessments, and delivery reportingProactively identify and resolve technical and operational blockers related to infrastructure, model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, security, and regulatory constraintsSupport AI/ML lifecycle activities including experimentation, model validation, deployment coordination, and production readinessMaintain governance standards, audit readiness, project documentation, and delivery transparency within regulated environmentsTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement across engineering, delivery, and operational processesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 6+ years of experience in technical project management, IT delivery, or technical leadership rolesStrong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI,



and Agentic AI technologies and delivery modelsProven ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plansExperience evaluating technical solutions, validating feasibility, and challenging delivery estimates when necessaryStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teamsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in rapid-paced environmentsAbility to proactively identify risks, manage scope, and remove delivery bottlenecksStrong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, databases, APIs, and enterprise application developmentExperience with Agile frameworks and project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft ProjectFamiliarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and deployment workflowsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related disciplinePMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agile, or similar certificationsExperience delivering AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI programs in enterprise environmentsExperience within life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiationsWorking knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or JavaFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise governance models
