The role will be responsible for academic planning, teaching, research, faculty development, industry engagement, student mentoring, placements, and overall program development.The position requires a strong academic and research orientation, combined with leadership capabilities and an understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors. The HOD & Professor will work closely with University leadership, faculty members, students, industry partners, and other stakeholders to enhance the quality, visibility, and outcomes of the program.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership & Program ManagementLead and manage the MBA Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Management programDevelop and implement academic plans in alignment with University objectives and regulatory requirementsEnsure effective delivery of curriculum, teaching, assessments, and academic activitiesContribute to curriculum development and periodic revision based on industry and academic trendsEnsure compliance with applicable UGC / AICTE / PCI norms and University policiesMonitor academic performance and continuously work toward improving program qualityTeaching & Student DevelopmentDeliver high-quality lectures and academic sessions in relevant areas of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare ManagementMentor and guide students in academic, professional, and career-related mattersEncourage experiential learning, case studies, projects, internships, and industry-oriented learningSupport students in developing managerial, analytical, communication,
