The organisation is expanding its institutional network and is looking for enthusiastic interns who want to build a career in Sales and Business Development.
About the Internship
We are looking for Sales & Business Development Interns who will support the team in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with medical colleges, hospitals and healthcare institutions.
This is a field sales internship, not a desk-based marketing role.
You will get practical exposure to the complete B2B sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to pitching, follow-ups, relationship building and conversion.
High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales/Business Development role with the same organisation after successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads among medical colleges, hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective clients.
- Connect with Deans, Principals, HODs, administrators and other decision-makers.
- Introduce and professionally present the organisation's clinical training programs.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Generate appointments and meetings with prospective institutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Support the team in converting prospects into institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and senior leadership/founders.
- Maintain lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned activity and sales targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Learn and manage the complete sales process from prospecting → pitching → follow-up → conversion.
Who Can Apply?
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales) pursuing or completed.
- Graduates interested in building a career in Sales or Business Development.
