Key Responsibilities

- Analyze functional designs to assess interface requirements and their complexity.

- Create Interface Technical Designs specific to SAP PI.

- Create Design Objects (Data Types, Message Types, Service Interfaces, Mappings, etc.).

- Create Directory Objects (Determinations, Channels, Agreements, etc.).

- Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers and developers, ensuring a transparent and complete understanding of the requirements.





- Work with the Business Process Team and Client Team to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements.

- Perform Unit/Component Testing.

- Participate in Integration Testing.

- Provide support during UAT.

- Provide support with deployment preparations.

- Primary responsibility is to ensure the Production system is up and running.

- Responsible for resolving any issues occurring in the Production system raised by the customer within the agreed SLA.

- Responsible for handling incidents and tickets causing service disruptions in the PI landscape.

- Responsible for maintaining the monitoring report of PI message flows, including both successful and failed messages.

- Coordinate with other teams when an issue requires involvement from multiple teams.

- Experience with adapters such as File/FTP, RFC, IDoc, Proxy, SOAP, REST, and AS2.

- Should have knowledge of Java Mapping and XSLT Mapping.
