Are you looking to develop and continue a long -term career as a Product Owner at the heart of the Insurance sector? This is an outstanding opportunity to join an international, diverse team. The challenge is a migration project from a legacy system to a new system (Adobe Experience Manager), enabling client Tied Agents to benefit from targeting their audience.






How you will get the job done






• creating IT products definitions (final ones as well as MVPs) in a way that the products can be adaptable with adjusting to changing business needs and possibly reused in the future


• managing digital product backlog(s) (defining epics and/or stories in a “clean” and understandable by the customer and team way, including DoD and DoR), according to business values and technical debts


• maintaining the product(s) roadmap through collaboration with German stakeholders






• cooperating with Program Managers and Architects in order to deliver complex solutions built out of multiple products


• working as digital product owner for IT solutions, prioritizing changes for the development team, supporting the internal release management process


• identifying the future potential of your products and getting your teams, customers, and business network excited about it


• preparing required product documentation, correspondence, and presentations, as needed




Requirements

Skills and experience you will need






• fluency in English


• proactive, self -starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively


• excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment


• ability to manage bigger and new but also smaller and legacy products or functionalities


• ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace change with a positive attitude


• experience in product creation in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager


• knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies (especially SCRUM and Kanban)


• flexible and people -oriented approach to managing the team/product lifecycle, stakeholder management skills, dependencies management


• experience with CMS migration projects


• experience with Adobe Experience Manager






Nice to have




• fluency in German


• technical IT experience


• experience in end -to -end project delivery


• degree in Computer Science or similar
