Role Description The Growth and Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuttack. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:
- Generating leads
- Talking to clients
- Closing deals
- Contributing directly to company revenue

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (Lead Generation)
- Run basic campaigns on Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Generate leads through online and manual outreach
- Identify new ways to bring potential clients

Sales (Closing Deals)
- Connect with leads via call/WhatsApp/email
- Understand client requirements
- Pitch LUMENXO services confidently
- Convert leads into paying customers

Follow-ups & Pipeline
- Maintain lead data (Excel/CRM)
- Do consistent follow-ups
- Ensure no lead is missed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fresher or 0–2 years experience in marketing/sales
- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads/social media)
- Confidence in talking to clients and closing deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
