Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition – GCC to lead and build the talent acquisition strategy for our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for developing a scalable, high-quality hiring engine to support rapid business growth across technology, corporate, and functional roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GCC setup/scaling, strategic hiring, leadership recruitment, employer branding, talent strategy, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of building high-performing TA teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy for the Bangalore GCC in alignment with business growth plans.
- Partner closely with the GCC leadership, HR leadership,



and business heads to understand workforce requirements and translate them into hiring strategies.
- Lead large-scale hiring across Technology, Engineering, Product, Data, Finance, HR, Operations, and other corporate functions.
- Build and continuously improve GCC hiring processes, governance, recruitment metrics, and operating models.
- Develop and manage a high-performing internal TA team and recruitment partners/RPOs.
- Drive talent mapping, market intelligence, competitor benchmarking and proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
- Own senior and leadership hiring, including CXO-1/CXO-2 and critical functional roles as required.
- Develop robust relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, universities and other talent ecosystems.
- Strengthen Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract high-quality talent.
