Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to act as a bridge between clients and the technical/implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients

- Understand existing business processes and suggest process improvements

- Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and workflows

- Coordinate with Zoho implementation and development teams

- Support implementation, testing, and UAT activities

- Ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations and business needs

- Provide client training and post-implementation support when required





- Maintain explicit documentation and reports for all projects

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (SaaS/IT preferred) (If any)

- Experience with Zoho or similar business software is an advantage (If any )
