Job Description – L2 Application Support Engineer

Location: AMR Tech Park, Hosur Road, Bangalore

Experience: 2–4 Years

CTC: Maximum Up to ₹6 LPA

Open Positions: 5

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: US Shift – Roster Based Support Window: 2:00 AM EST – 7:00 PM EST

Equivalent IST Window: 12:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST (next day)

Candidates will work roster-based shifts within this support window and not the entire 17-hour window.

Preferred Candidate from Locations : Bangalore / Chennai

Joining: Candidates comfortable working from Bangalore and in US rotational shifts

Moder, Stellar, Avanze, Coforge, SLK, WNS, CA and other organisations supporting US Mortgage, Title, Closing or similar enterprise applications.

Role Overview

We are looking for L2 Application Support Engineers with 2–4 years of experience in application/production support. The role will provide advanced technical support for the AtClose application and act as a key technical escalation point for client-reported issues.





The ideal candidate should have robust SQL and troubleshooting skills, experience in application/log analysis, and a good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, integrations and production incident management.

Experience in US Mortgage, Title or Closing applications will be a strong advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication & Incident Support

Investigate client-reported incidents and identify functional and technical root causes.
Analyse application behaviour, logs, database records, configurations and workflows.
Reproduce production issues in lower environments wherever possible.
Determine whether issues are related to configuration, data, infrastructure, integration or application code.
Provide suitable workarounds where permanent fixes are not immediately available.
Escalate confirmed application defects to Development with complete technical evidence.
Track issues through resolution and validate fixes before ticket closure.
Participate in P1/P2 production inc
