Responsibilities

The Analytics Platform is Atlassian’s AI-ready data backbone, enabling trusted analytics across cloud environments while simplifying the underlying architecture to make data reliable, discoverable, and cost-effective at scale. By unifying a consistent data foundation, low-latency analytics, and governed access patterns, it helps both people and AI agents move from raw data to self-service insights faster and with greater confidence. The Analytics Platform is the data platform foundation for AI-native experiences such as intelligent assistants, embedded analytics, faster time to first query, and future ML use cases while preserving the reliability, permissions, and metric integrity required for enterprise-grade decision-making.

As a Technical Program Manager,



reporting to a Head of TPM on the Analytics Platform team you will define product/program technical strategy. You will create long term vision for the team and associated roadmap for your areas of ownership and ensure buy in from stakeholders. You will leverage deep domain expertise and technical acumen to ensure successful delivery of large cross organization initiatives. You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of fundamental business challenges, shape technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions. You will utilize your technical expertise to influence solution architecture to meet the emerging needs of the business and contribute to programs and process across organizational boundaries.
