About the Role:

We are looking for a hungry, hands-on sales qualified to build the revenue vertical for Bajarbattu Studios from the ground up.
This is our first dedicated sales hire. You will not inherit a pipeline,you will build one.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing business across branded content, IP sponsorships, CSR-funded content partnerships and white-label production.

This is an entrepreneurial role with significant ownership. The person who proves their mettle will have the opportunity to build and eventually lead the entire sales and partnerships vertical.
If you enjoy creating something from scratch, opening doors, pitching ideas and converting conversations into revenue, this role is for you.

What You Will Own:

1. Build the Sales Pipeline
Build and own the outbound sales pipeline from scratch.




Research and map target brands, agencies, institutions and potential partners.
Independently prospect, generate leads, secure meetings and create new business opportunities.
Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across brands, agencies and organisations.

2. Sell Branded Content & Media Solutions
Pitch and close branded content, integrations and sponsorship opportunities across Bajarbattu's four content properties:
Convert our content, shows, IPs and audience into compelling commercial propositions for brands.

3. Build CSR & Impact Partnerships
Identify and develop partnerships with corporate CSR foundations, PSUs, development-sector organisations and institutions.
Create and sell CSR-funded content and impact-led storytelling opportunities.
Develop long-term relationships with CSR and sustainability decision-makers.

4. Sell Bajarbattu Studios' Production Capabilities
Build a new revenue
