Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead QA / Senior QA with 5–8 years of experience to lead and contribute to end-to-end testing activities. This is a hands-on technical QA role with leadership potential, requiring strong expertise in Manual/Functional Testing, Database Testing, API Testing, and Functional Automation Testing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Katalon and Playwright, robust SQL skills including medium-to-complex queries and stored procedures, and experience validating complex transaction workflows.

The candidate will be responsible for driving automation initiatives alongside functional testing, providing technical guidance to the QA team, troubleshooting complex issues, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to quality best practices.

Key Responsibilities





Analyze business and technical requirements and identify test scenarios and risks.
Prepare test strategies, estimates, test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
Execute and lead Functional, Integration, System, Regression, End-to-End, API, and Automation Testing.
Perform Database Testing using medium-to-complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
Perform API testing and validation using Postman.
Develop and maintain functional automation scripts using Katalon and Playwright.
Validate complex transaction workflows and end-to-end business processes.
Coordinate testing activities across onsite and offshore teams.
Manage defects from identification through closure and support critical defect analysis.
Troubleshoot technical issues and remove testing-related roadblocks.
Review test cases, test scripts, automation code, and other QA artifacts.
Mentor junior QA team members and provide technical guidance.
