Role Overview
CDA Academy is looking for a Web & E-commerce Trainer who can connect website development with design, marketing and business outcomes.
The trainer will help learners build functional websites, personal portfolios, landing pages and e-commerce stores while understanding how websites support branding, lead generation, customer journeys and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical training according to the approved curriculum and schedule.
Explain the purpose and reasoning behind each process clearly.




Guide learners in building portfolio websites, business websites, landing pages and e-commerce stores.
Connect website development with audience needs, marketing goals, lead generation and conversion.
Train learners in design, layout, responsiveness, usability and content structure.
Assign practical tasks and evaluate submissions on time.
Provide explicit feedback and support learners with corrections.
Resolve technical issues related to domains, hosting, themes, plugins, platforms and integrations.
Monitor learner participation, assignments, projects and portfolio completion.
Conduct revision, doubt-clearance and project-review sessions.
Lead Agency Day and other practical academic activities.
Keep the curriculum updated with current tools, AI developments and industry practices.
Maintain session records, learner updates and academic reports.
Coordinate with batch mentors and the Academic Team.
