About the Role

Key Responsibilities

MIS & HR Analytics

Dashboard Design & Governance: Develop, automate, and govern scalable HR dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
Workforce Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely reporting on headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, compensation, and compliance metrics.
Data Insights:



Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for HR and business decisions.
Executive Reporting: Prepare leadership dashboards, executive presentations, and track strategic HR initiatives including engagement, digitization, and data compliance.
Capability Building: Train and enable HR teams to effectively leverage analytics and reporting tools.

Process Automation & Execution

Project Support: Partner with HR stakeholders to execute operational projects, monitor KPIs, and proactively resolve data or technical blockers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

Education
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Analytics with strong expertise in Python scripting and automation.
