Key Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, Reddit, Quora, Facebook & Pinterest
Build and grow an engaged OnCare community across platforms
Develop and execute an organic content strategy across formats
Manage influencer & creator collaborations
Own the website’s social look & feel and ensure consistency with the brand
Track social & website analytics and use insights to improve performance
Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities to grow organic reach
Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of hands-on social media experience
Solid understanding of Instagram, Reddit, Quora, Facebook & Pinterest
Experience in community building and influencer management
Proven track record of building and improving organic content strategy
Strong understanding of social media analytics & performance metrics
Strong content sense, copywriting, and visual understanding
Proactive, internet-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
