The Team

Our PI team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering:

Performance improvement via cost reduction, operational improvements and revenue growth programs
Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance





How You Will Contribute

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals for our Performance Improvement team. You will be working in driving performance improvement projects focused on various domains including Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Commercial Excellence and PMO engagements. You will collaborate with global partners to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their business objectives.

Assist in executing procurement processes, including sourcing and vendor management, while helping to optimize supply chain functions.
Conduct basic spend assessments and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Help design and implement strategies to improve top-line, drive pricing excellence, sales force analytics
Support the planning processes, including demand and supply forecasting, inventory management,
