This opportunity is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or early-stage professionals who are interested in technical writing, documentation, and communicating technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
✍️ Responsibilities:
Write and edit user guides, manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and other technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical concepts and workflows.
Simplify complex technical information into clear and easy-to-understand content.
Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge-base content.
Review, update, and improve existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist with technical blog posts, case studies, release notes, and knowledge-base articles.
Organize documentation in a structured and user-friendly manner.
Ensure documentation follows consistent writing, formatting,



and terminology standards.
?️ Preferred Skills:
Excellent written English with strong grammar and attention to detail.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Notion, Markdown, or similar documentation platforms is a plus.
Basic understanding of software development or technical concepts is an advantage.
A writing portfolio or previous writing samples is preferred.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated and willing to learn recent technologies and concepts.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
