Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and generate leads across multiple platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of the mental health and rehabilitation sector, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end video production, with strong experience working with videographers, editors,



and other production professionals to create engaging social media content.
Have a solid understanding of how to plan and execute video shoots, including developing shoot concepts, creating briefs, coordinating with videographers, and ensuring the right shots are captured for editing.
Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand values, marketing goals, and target audience.
Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube with regular, engaging content tailored for addiction and mental health awareness.
Create content calendars with a mix of static posts, videos, reels, infographics, stories, and reactive posts that highlight services, success stories, expert insights, and community engagement.
Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to produce high-quality, brand-consistent posts.
