The Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You'll take end-to-end ownership of complex features and technical initiatives - from inception through to production - while helping shape the architectural direction of the platform.

You'll lead the decomposition of our monolith into an Event-Driven, Microservice architecture, make independent, well-reasoned design decisions, and set the technical standard for those around you.





You'll be expected to mentor colleagues, contribute to engineering strategy, and act as a credible technical voice with product and non-technical stakeholders alike.

About You
You take ownership and can lead projects from idea to launch, even when requirements are unclear.
You make confident technical decisions and understand architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
You write high-quality, secure, and well-tested code, following best engineering practices.
You focus on customer and business outcomes, using data to guide decisions and improvements.
You support and mentor others, helping the team grow and succeed together.
You are experienced with AI tools and integrations, understand their benefits and limitations, and apply AI governance responsibly.
You adapt quickly to change, learn from feedback, and stay calm under pressure.
