Role Overview

We are seeking individual with a strong technical background in the IT services industry to help transform existing project case studies into well-defined, market-ready service offerings. This role will focus on packaging delivery experience into compelling offerings that can be used to upsell existing customers and cross-sell to current prospects in the North America and European region.

Key Responsibilities





Analyze existing project case studies, delivery artifacts, and technical solutions across IT services engagements
Convert project experiences into structured, repeatable service offerings with clear value propositions
Define offering scope, target customers, use cases, outcomes, and differentiators
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of offerings
Work with sales and marketing teams to align offerings with go-to-market strategies
Develop supporting materials such as solution overviews, pitch decks, capability statements, and case-based narratives
Identify opportunities to standardize services for upsell and cross-sell scenarios.
Support sales teams with technical and solution positioning during customer discussions, as needed.
