Sometimes, the best content wasn’t planned at all.
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can plan ahead, spot what’s happening in the moment, capture it well, and turn it into content people want to watch.

What you’ll be doing
Manage and execute the social media content calendar
Plan content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Shoot Reels, Stories, BTS, products, events and everyday brand moments
Be comfortable behind the camera and in front of it
Spot candid interactions, reactions and natural moments worth capturing
Track trends and understand which ones fit the brand — and which ones don’t
Turn trends into original,



brand-relevant ideas instead of simply recreating them
Work closely with copywriters, designers and video editors from ideation to posting
Cover exhibitions, launches, shoots and other real-time events
Coordinate shoots, approvals, posting schedules and content requirements
Track performance and understand what audiences are actually engaging with

You might be our person if…
You have 1–2 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing and:
Are genuinely comfortable shooting and appearing on camera
Have a good eye for framing, angles, lighting and aesthetically robust visuals
Can walk into a room and quickly identify what could become a Reel or Story
Understand Reels — hooks, pacing, audio, retention and storytelling
Naturally follow creators, brands, formats and internet culture
Know the difference between using a trend and forcing one
Can manage a content calendar and stay on top of deadlines
Think quickly during sh
