Role Purpose
The Franchise Development Manager will drive end-to-end franchise acquisition and territory growth for KAREER Studio. The role combines lead generation, consultative selling, field engagement, market intelligence, onboarding coordination, and ongoing partner relationship management. Success requires commercial ownership, confident communication, disciplined follow-through, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.




Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Lead Generation & Conversion
· Develop a healthy pipeline of qualified franchise prospects through outbound outreach, referrals, events, local networks, digital enquiries, channel partners, and field-based prospecting.
· Qualify leads for business fit, investment readiness, location potential, decision timeline, and alignment with KAREER Studio’s vision.
· Own the sales cycle from first contact through evaluation, negotiation, documentation, and franchise closure.
· Follow up consistently, address objections professionally, and improve conversion at each stage of the funnel.
Prospect Meetings & Presentations
· Conduct discovery meetings with prospective franchisees to understand their goals, capabilities, investment expectations, and market context.
· Deliver persuasive presentations on the franchise proposition, operating model, support structure, and growth prospect.
