Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with deep expertise in IFRS to lead a team of accountants and manage high-value international client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients and will drive quality, accuracy, and compliance across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 4–8 accountants and ensure delivery of high-quality financial reports
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under IFRS for multinational clients
Manage complex accounting issues: revenue recognition (IFRS 15), lease accounting (IFRS 16), financial instruments (IFRS 9)
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client engagements
Be the primary client contact — conduct monthly review calls and present financial results
Drive continuous improvement in processes and mentor the team on best practices

What We're Looking For

1 CA (ICAI) with 7–12 years of post-qualification experience




2 Deep knowledge of IFRS standards with hands-on implementation experience
3 Prior experience managing a team in an outsourcing or CA firm setting
4 Strong ERP skills: NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle Financials
5 Excellent client management and communication skills
6 Ability to work across multiple client time zones when required

Good to Have

DipIFR (ACCA) or ACCA qualification
Experience with group consolidations across 10+ entities
Knowledge of US GAAP alongside IFRS
