About the role
As Design Lead, you will own Neo's visual identity and every design output that reaches the market. Brand, website, campaigns, product storytelling, video and motion.
You will build and lead the design function across brand, graphics, video and motion. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will design as well as direct. We leverage best in breed AI tools at every step, across ideation, image and video generation, editing and asset production. The work moves in rapid iteration cycles.

Responsibilities
1. Brand & visual system
Own Neo's visual identity across the suite and every product within it
Define and evolve the design language across typography, colour, iconography, illustration and motion
Build the systems, templates and components the team produces against
2. Product storytelling
Lead the visual explanation of what the products do, across product videos, demo walkthroughs, short clips, screenshots, interface stills and diagrams
Set the standard for how a complex, AI-native workflow is made legible on screen
