Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant – Automation Specialist to manage day-to-day automation, CRM, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple tools, managing client processes, troubleshooting workflows, and ensuring that systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and monitor automation workflows for clients and internal operations.
Manage CRM, WhatsApp, lead management, and client onboarding processes.
Monitor automations regularly and troubleshoot issues when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of automation-related tasks.
Maintain accurate CRM data, workflows,



documentation, and SOPs.
Manage integrations between different marketing and communication platforms.
Test workflows and ensure leads, messages, data, and notifications are flowing correctly.
Identify repetitive processes and suggest opportunities for automation and improvement.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure automation-related deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Virtual Assistance, Automation, Operations, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, and communication platforms.
Strong understanding of workflow logic, triggers, actions, integrations, and basic troubleshooting.
Positive organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
