? Position: HR Manager – Legal Compliance & Administration
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage our HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance and overall administration.
Key Responsibilities
? HR & Employee Management
Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Manage employee performance, confirmations and exits.
⚖️ Legal & Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and employment regulations.
Manage and maintain statutory HR records and registers.
Coordinate PF, ESIC,



Qualified Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS and other applicable compliances.
Coordinate with accountants, consultants and government authorities for statutory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation for appointments, resignations, full & final settlements and employee records.
Assist with labour inspections, audits and compliance requirements.
Ensure implementation of workplace policies, including POSH and employee welfare requirements.
Keep management updated on important changes in labour laws and statutory requirements.
? Administration
Manage day-to-day office and factory administration.
Coordinate security, housekeeping, employee facilities and office requirements.
Establish and implement HR policies, company rules and administrative procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Coordinate with management, accounts, production and other departments.
